Week 3 Launch Post

Hello and Welcome to Our Week 3 Discussion Board!

We can learn a great deal about exchange between two individuals by objectively viewing the interaction. Nonverbal communication can sometimes tell us more about those involved in the exchange than the spoken words actually say.

I am looking forward to exploring the conflict resolution skills each of you identify in the leader in the video and how each of you will rate those skills. We will also discuss the benefits of early collaboration and the use of other leadership skills that could also be utilized.
